Agreement to terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Hafiz AI website and the Iqra iOS application (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code.
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the Services.
- Using the Services to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Uploading harmful content or attempting to gain unauthorised access.
Content & intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, designs, text, models, and software comprising the Services are owned by Hafiz AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Qur'anic text is a sacred public good. We use widely available recensions and credit upstream data sources where applicable.
Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hafiz AI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement. Recitation feedback is provided as a learning aid and is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified teacher.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hafiz AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms or for other reasonable cause. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hafiz AI is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
